Hadouken and Shouryuken:
First you will need to have all the items and upgrades you can get no matter the mode(normal, hard, extreme).
In the second Shadow Hunter stage there is a point where there are two ladders. Take the ladder leading up by
using floating platform. You'll need to use a charged Speed Burner to get past though the area of spikes.
Once past the spikes cling to the wall and let it lead you to the capsule that gives you the Hadouken and Shouryuken.
